Purposed and Goals

The purpose of this Association is organized and are to engage in

To raised ducks producting balut-egg and duck meat

To unite existing local duck raisers and create a common farm by applying the shared best systems and methodology of raising ducks.

To formulate and produce organic feeds for the duck by using available local surrounding materials

To formulate and produce organic Probiotics applications so as to avoid costly medical products in the market.

To formulate and produce organic Prebiotics applications so as to avoid diseases and loss of duck in the farmer

To process and deliver organic balut-egg and duck meat to the market

To produce self-sustenance of organic feeds, prebiotics and probiotics to the Association and its member needs.

To produce and supply to other breeders the finest as possible of balut-egg, duck meat and duck breeds to local farmers in the countryside

To introduce the new findings of modern technical innovation for raising ducks to other duck farmer outside the Association

To conduct activities that lead to the reduction of cost in raising duck thru modern an innovative and high yield methodology in raising ducks.

To attain increased income, savings, investments, productivity and purchasing power, and promote among ourselves equitable distribution of net surplus thru maximum utilization of economics of scale, cost sharing and risk sharing

To provide optimum social and economic benefits to every member;

To teach members efficient ways of doing things in Association manner.

To propagate Association's practices and innovate ideas in business undertakings and management.

Goals of the Association

The goals of this Association are to help improve the quality of life of its members and thereby contribute to inclusive growth, enterprise development and create employment. In furtherance thereto, it shall aim:

To empower through provisions of access, ownership, control and opportunities to the poor, vulnerable, lower income and less privileged farmers.

To actively support the government, other local Association and people oriented organizations, in promoting Associations as a pratical means towards sustainable socio-economic development under a truly just and democractic society.

To adopt membership expansion mechanism/scheme, thereby ensuring growth of the association movement.

To implement policy guidelines that will ensure transparency, accountability and equitable access to its resources and services and promote the interests of the members.

To adopt such other plans as may help foster the welfare of the members, their families and community;

To advance the competitiveness and innovation of the duck farming industry.

To encourage and promote self-help of self-employment as an engine for economic growth and poverty alleviation.
